The staff at Alvernon Optical on 5th St. were super nice, great customer service.. Dr.Cinalli was kind and very informative about the options I had in contacts. It was great to have choices. I really liked the reminder calls for appointments. I also purchased a pair of glasses they have a good selection. I will be back and refer my friends and clients. Thank you again.❤️

Dr. Paul Cinalli is a thoughtful professional. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. Then he answers those questions and consults on any concerns. Wonderful experience!

Great staff and Dr Cinalli is the best. Arianna was so helpful with helping me find just the right frame. Also the lady at the front desk that checks you in and does the test with you, she’s been with Alvernon Optical for years, she is also great! Very thorough and patient. I have been coming to this location for years.

This place has been around forever! I remember my grandmothers coming to this eye office, and they were always so helpful. They have the latest technology and a great selection of options for different budgets. I also really appreciated that no one pressured me into buying designer glasses. I felt like I was given all of my options and was able to make the choice that worked best for me. Overall, it was a great, quick, and stress-free experience!

Only two things matter in business: 1) Winning a new customer and 2) Delighting an existing customer. From my experience, Alvernon Optical excels at both! My most recent "surprise and delight" moment was when I dropped in to purchase a new bottle of lens cleaner. Instead, the kind folks at Alvernon Optical refilled my bottle - at no charge. Count me as a RAVING fan!

Nice place! I've been going here for several years now, and have always been happy with Dr Bain's checkups. i like the retinal imaging they do and it's nice to have a long term look at my eye health. The staff out front is friendly and helpful, and if there's something wonky with my latest set of progressive lenses, they're always happy to help. The glasses selection is a bit boring for when i'm feeling like I want a change, but i can understand why they wouldn't have all the fun frames on the wall.

The best eye exam I've ever had. The technician was very thorough and Dr Fuhr spent time explaining my eye needs to me vs others that would just move me through with me leaving the office feeling exasperated.

The staff is friendly and professional. I am impressed with Dr. Fuhr. I have been a patient of this practice for close to 20 years. I always have a good experience when I visit the office.

I would highly recommend Alvernon Optical and Dr Sharon Peterson. The staff and Dr Peterson were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I got a great eye examination and will be back next year. Keeping my eyes healthy is important to me.
